By registering with The Athlete Fund, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

 

1. Permission to Share Information

• By submitting your registration, you grant The Athlete Fund permission to share your personal details (such as your name, contact information, and social media handles) with our official partners for the purpose of securing opportunities and collaborations on your behalf.

2. Use of Athlete Image

• You authorize The Athlete Fund to use your image, likeness, and social media content for marketing, promotional, and advertising purposes across our platform and on behalf of our partners. This includes social media campaigns, website features, and email marketing.

3. Non-Profit Commitment

• The Athlete Fund operates as a sole proprietorship but we are firmly committed to being a “never for profit” organization. This means all funds raised, including through partnerships, sponsorships, and donations, are reinvested back into the company to support athletes and improve our services.

4. Privacy and Data Protection

• Your data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and will not be sold or shared with third parties outside of our partner network without your explicit consent.

5. Code of Conduct

• As a registered athlete, you agree to uphold a professional and respectful conduct when engaging with The Athlete Fund and its partners. This includes compliance with brand guidelines, social media expectations, and maintaining a positive image in public and online spaces.

6. Opportunities and Participation

• The Athlete Fund is committed to providing athletes with opportunities through our partnerships. However, participation in these opportunities is subject to meeting specific criteria set by The Athlete Fund and its partners. Athletes are responsible for adhering to deadlines and performance requirements where applicable.

7. Liability

• The Athlete Fund will not be held liable for any loss, injury, or damages incurred as part of your participation in any opportunities, collaborations, or events. Athletes are encouraged to maintain their own insurance coverage as necessary.

8. Amendments to Terms

• The Athlete Fund reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Registered athletes will be informed of any significant changes via email.

9. Performance Expectations

•  By accepting opportunities through The Athlete Fund, athletes commit to completing all agreed-upon promotional duties, including social media posts, product usage showcases, and tagging requirements as outlined in each campaign. If an athlete fails to fulfill these duties without prior notice or a valid reason, they may be barred from future opportunities and may also be subject to additional actions, including potential fines, to ensure fairness to our partners and community
